Cursed Forest

Realizing they also need Moonflower petals, the party tracks large footprints into a dense, purple-fogged forest. They ambush two Shambling Mounds, but quickly discover the creatures are resistant to fire and cold, and actually heal from lightning damage. Fari is engulfed by a mound and takes heavy lightning damage inside it. After a grueling fight, they slay the mounds, harvest the petals, and return to the Black Market. They trade the Key for the stolen Orb and pay 100 gold for a tip about a water elemental anomaly opening a rift out at sea.
